Subject:   Improving co-operation in the sales department 

A meeting was held on 26 April 2018 to discuss how the sales reps could work together more effectively. The following points were agreed:

1. Delivery dates. I have set the delivery dates to be the day after the products are prepared, except on weekend. If the products are requested on weekend, so we will deliver the products on Monday.
2. Reports. The company is on process to make sales report, detailed costs and sales, and also everything that included in production process. 
3. Payment System. We agreed to online payment system that can use debit/credit card from every bank with VISA/MasterCard/JCB/Amex logo. 
4. Sharing information. There will be a weekly meeting to discuss about the production, the costs and profit, also all of the method that will be done in the future to increase sales. The meeting will be attended by CEO, production team, an sales department.
5. Customer loyalty. In the future, we need to always build good relations with our customers, which is why there will be a loyalty card program for the customers who has bought total costs one million rupiahs will automatically be a member. The loyalty card give the customers benefits , such as 15% discount for every purchase above two hundred thousand rupiahs and an additional 10% for making their friend a member as well.
